A few new creations

Wanted to show a few things I have made recently...

Rosary style necklace with a resin covered picture

I had so much resin left over so I threw together this collage pendant really fast...I love it!!

This is a cuff made from a old piece of lace. I saw the idea on etsy and tried it out. It is going to look super cute with this trim that I bought recently to add to a shirt!

I have also been working on more Soldering pieces. I am trying to perfect my skills....although in the words of Sally Jean...I just might need to "embrace the imperfections".

This is a little "technique" I tried...I like the dimension that it adds...This piece I actually sold...excited!

Vintage Dragonfly Swap

I joined Danielle Muller of The Vintage Dragonfly
in her

A Bird in the Hand swap

These were my pieces I made...

I wish the lighting on the canvas was turned out to be a really pretty buttery color with champagne highlights. I really liked the way it turned out. My nest was made from twigs, shredded bags, sheet music and yarn scraps. I paper mache'd the eggs....

I hope that they will be well liked in their new home!

Winners, Musicians and a Sinner

I picked my winner for my National Craft Month giveaway!!
Lucky Lady....The Junque Seeker!

I hope she enjoys her little goodies!!

Working at Trader Joe's has been so much fun, and I have met so many talented people...I mean really
talented people!!!
In fact, I have never worked with so many talented people in one place, ever!

One of my favorite people there, Alexander Peters, just released a CD that I LOVE!! I love music, and I really love good music!! I mean, who likes bad music, but you know what I mean!!

My point...check out this CD!
I love it!
A Quarter of a Century

Has such a unique sound!

While, I have never thought of myself as a "Sinner" mother has decided that I am going to burn in
H.E....double hockey sticks because of my latest project....

I have been working on my soldering skills, but I also got a little creative with a vintage Rosary that I bought last year ....

I quite like it...
I am sure that there are many "rules" to a Rosary...I just don't know me it just looked like a pretty piece of vintage goodness!
